Processing Technology

Welding: For combined valve bodies (such as three-piece ball valves), connecting the parts through welding.
Quality Inspection
Pressure Test: Shell test (1.5 times the nominal pressure), sealing test (1.1 times the nominal pressure), ensuring no leakage;
Non-destructive Testing: X-ray inspection (RT), ultrasonic inspection (UT), checking for internal defects;
Surface Treatment: Stainless steel valve bodies require pickling and passivation, carbon steel valve bodies require paint for corrosion protection (such as epoxy resin coating).
