    Hull Penetration Components:

    Hull Flange: Fixed to the inner side of the hull, sealed by bolts or welding;

    Penetration Pipe: Pipe passing through the hull, extending to the outside of the hull, and connecting to hoses or equipment on the inside;

    Seal: Rubber seal or metal gasket, preventing seawater from entering the hull (critical leak prevention component).

    Hose Assembly:

    Connected to the inner side of the penetration pipe, usually made of seawater-resistant rubber or PVC, used for transporting seawater, wastewater, or other fluids;

    Both ends of the hose are secured by hose clamps or clips for easy disassembly and maintenance.

    Main Functions

    Fluid Transfer: Used for ship drainage (such as bilge water, wastewater), water intake (such as cooling seawater, ballast water), or the entry and exit of other liquids;

    Leak Prevention Seal: Through the penetration structure and sealing design, ensuring the watertightness of the hull and preventing water ingress during navigation.
